About
We offer selected soccer activities from both male and female leagues.
The purpose of our leagues is to give the players within the club who have advanced
in their development and have high ambition and motivation a high-quality education.
The goal is of course to provide our respective A teams with players, but regardless of whether the players end up there or go on even greater adventures,
our academy lays a high-class foundation. Even though we are a relatively young league, our league teams are already
doing well nationally in all age groups on both the girls’ and boys’ side, and several players
have been given the chance in the youth national teams.
A league for players from the club. Our leagues are mainly for players who have played in the club before.
For our youngest league teams, we only accept players from our own operations
and during the first seasons we are very restrictive about taking in players
from other clubs. At the age of 12-28,
it is more common for outside players to join our leagues,
but we still have a philosophy to focus primarily on the club’s own players. ​

Mission
We make high demands on the players who are part of our league teams – at the same time, the players must be able to make high demands on us. The work to ensure a high quality for our academy is led by our sports managers – one for the girls’ and one for the boys’ academy. All academy teams are led by coaches recruited by the club. In addition to that, the teams also get access to our training partner who offers individually adapted physical and injury prevention training. – in this way, we can more easily keep the business together and create exchanges between the teams.

Therefore, we constantly rotate players from our geographical teams into the academy. As a basic rule,
you as a player can never lose your place in the academy
